Bio

Kris Skjellerup (Actor) is delighted to be a part of the Tibbets Opera House Summer Season. Recent performances include the Mother Abbess in "The Sound of Music" (North Carolina & Illinois), Madame Dindon in "La Cage aux Folles",(Illinois) Servant/Chorus in "My Fair Lady" (Seattle, WA). Musical theatre credits include roles in The Secret Garden, Sweeney Todd, Carousel, A Little Night Music, Berlin to Broadway, Oliver, Phantom, Chess, She Loves Me, Oklahoma, The Unsinkable Molly Brown, Damn Yankees. Opera/Operetta credits include performances in Lakme & Der Freischutz (Seattle Opera), Hansel and Gretel, Pirates of Penzance, The Mikado, Trial by Jury. Ms. Skjellerup has worked across the U.S and Canada and has fond (and fun) memories of a trip to Malta where she was guest vocalist for the launch of a new venture fund. Kris is currently living in St. Marys, Ontario with her husband Rich, and their three dogs.
